Return Policy

Our goal is to serve our customers with the best possible customer experience. 

If you are unsatisfied with your garments, you may initiate a return or exchange request by requesting a Return Authorization within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Garments cannot be:

  • embellished,
  • customized,
  • worn,
  • damaged,
  • washed

Garments must:

  • must have the original tags attached

For Returns or Exchanges due to sizing issues, customers are responsible for freight charges plus a 10% restocking fee.

For Returns or Exchanges due to shipping errors, we will issue UPS pre-paid postage labels and the restocking fee will be waived.
